What we collect

If you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, company, enquiry type and message. If you email us we receive whatever you include. We do not ask for special category data, so please do not send it.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to take it forward if you choose to work with us. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your data or add it to marketing lists.

Who handles it for us

Form messages are delivered by Resend, our email provider, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as our processors and may handle data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they become a client relationship, when our contract records apply. confirm retention period

Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from this website, not from third parties.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, and you can object to how we use it. Email us to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
